I’d love to see a Mac version for flight planning on my desktop - that just got a lot easier thanks to the new MacOS:

That is our plan. But don't expect to see any news for many months, at least.

I would not spend much resources on this, even tough I'm a Mac user. First, we all use an emulator like Parallels or others and second, with iOS13 we will be able to do much more using the iPad as a substitute for our iMac.

Sorry, but I disagree: what is this "we all use an emulator": I haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about and I am a long time Mac user.

And how can an iPad ever substitute a laptop with a real keyboard and tracking?

I strongly disagree. Using an emulator is no option for me and many of the people I know at all.
